Conventional & CNC Machining

Our Master Machinists are skilled, experienced, and can complete precision jobs in a timely manner. To advance in the manufacturing industry, we continually improve our technology and train our employees. Our CNC capabilities include vertical and horizontal milling with a 4 axis up to 40″ travel and 3 axis with up to 59″ travel. Our CNC lathes offer turning up to 28″ swing 39″ turn length with X, Y, Z travel, live tooling, and sub spindles. Our conventional capabilities include milling up to 83″ and turning up 28.5″. For unique shapes and cuts, we offer EDM machining that will sinker up to 11″ height and wire up to 15.5″ height.
